Finding a qualified subject matter expert (SME) available to serve a project for 3-24 months can be challenging. Whether your organization recruits IT staff for clients, or is a direct employer, a member of RiSe Solutions provides SME services. Alternatively, a referral partner offers SME services, with depth-of-bench.

All SME services are current, relevant, and delivered timely, to ensure you’re getting the skills you need and expect for your IT project. If a referral partner is hired, there are no markups; RiSe Solutions shares the competitive fee paid to our referral partner. Imagine the benefits of augmenting your project staff with an SME (with the depth-of-bench support from their employer) v. searching for, vetting and onboarding a new hire. (Note: If your project reveals a need for additional staff, perhaps the referral partner can staff it timely.)
